The orogins...

The Project Elettrohouse began in Rome in 2004 by a team of technicians as specialized appliance repairers, as an alternative to authorized service centers. Soon became the reference point for those who need an emergency assistance for household appliances of the best brands in Rome province. Since 2006 we decided to expand the outreach to other cities, following the well-established "model Rome," so Elettrohouse opens an office in Lecce, which operates throughout the Salento.

The turning point

2006, therefore, marks a turning point that will change history. Closing important agreements with well-known publishing groups and major service centers, the company is asserting itself on the market as a call center for highly specialized service centers in various parts of Italy, arriving to cover, in 2012, 70% of the national territory and in 2019 all over Italy. Elettrohouse is the pioneer in this field. Other companies had already realized the importance of the prompt intervention, but never before could boast to offer this service all over Italy. Between 2009 and 2010, in contrast with the international crisis, the company experienced a period of rapid expansion, and decides to invest in other sectors, including that of customer caring and the tourism sector. A process of relocation and reorganization. Thus was born ElettroHouse® Group, an international holding company, present in three European countries..

Company divisions

ElettroHouse® Italy operates in the field of home appliances assistance, is also engaged in call center inbound / outbound service centers for household appliances all over Italy.

ItalianaElettrodomestici® born in 2012 with the ambition to design and deploy a mechanical washing machine , entirely Italian, top loading, which reproduced with great respect the "somatic" traits of historical Ignis and wanted to present itself as a new / old way of buying a mechanical washing machine, being characterized by robustness, effectiveness, durability, but especially Italian. This washing machine was designed and prototyped, but has not yet started a production scale. Meanwhile, the company operates in the distribution of appliances made in Italy, in collaboration with prestigious and historic tricolor brands, for the moment only in Italy.

ElettroHouse® Switzerland, born in 2014, wholly owned by the Swiss Assistance Electroménagers Suisse Sàrl Lugano, provides the appliance repair service at home all over the Ticino and the Grisons. By January 2016 is expected to open throughout the French-speaking Switzerland, in the cantons of Jura, Neuchatel, Berne, Fribourg, Vaud, Geneva and Valais. From 2018 Assistance Electroménagers Suisse Sàrl is operative all over Switzerland.

ElettroHouse® Shqipëria, born in 2015 controlled by Mirupafshim Consulting Sh.p.k. from Vlora, deals with repairs of household appliances at home throughout the central area of Albania, serving the districts of Tirana, Durres, Elbasan, Pogradec, Korce, Fier, Vlora. Mirupafshim Consulting Sh.p.k. deals also in commercial consuelling, in business internationalization in Albania and in call center service.

ManduriaHolidays® was born as tour operators offering holidays in Salento for Italian and foreign tourists, as well as managing two beautiful accommodations. The company is also involved in real estate brokerage.

The future

The challenges that present the current political and economic situation are very steep. But as always we will try to make a virtue of necessity to continue to develop successful projects, working with enthusiasm, professionalism and competence. Qualities that have always distinguished the group over 10 years of history.
